The AR-Luc (Puro) Lentivirus is a pre-packaged, ready-to-use lentiviral vector encoding the Androgen Receptor (AR) promoter-driven Luciferase reporter gene along with a puromycin resistance marker. This vector enables real-time monitoring of androgen receptor activity in live cells using luciferase-based bioluminescence detection. The puromycin selection allows for stable cell line establishment following transduction.
