AF488-Azide-1mg

AF488-Azide is a bright, photostable green fluorescent dye functionalized with an azide group for efficient click chemistry reactions. It is ideal for copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC), allowing easy conjugation to alkyne-modified biomolecules such as proteins, peptides, nucleic acids, and lipids. With excitation/emission maxima around 495/519 nm, it produces intense green fluorescence comparable to FITC but with greater stability and signal intensity.
